Re/max Coast and Country Misleading sales to profit

I am currently going through a property purchase with Remax, and have been made aware of information that has been withheld from me purposely by the Remax agent.

The Agent assured me that there were no problems, and no structural work was necessary after asking numerous times and on numerous occasions. The information was only sent to me after signing my last legal documents, knowing full well I am far too in the sale now to turn back.

If I was made aware of this from the beginning I would have asked for a better price and worked this into my bond application to get the work done

I feel this is Remax's responsibility to refund this amount to me ASAP.
