Remax Bluff. Poorest service.

Remax have sold my property in October last year. The agent assure me that I would receive payment in December. Its the end of February and I'm still waiting. Each time I call the agent he says I'll call you back tomorrow but never does. I've lost 2 months of rental and have had to pay levies, rates etc. I moved my tenant out end of December on the advise of the agent and am left out of pocket with no end In site. Very dissappointing and very costly. Not sure were to turn. I heard about the EAB. I'll give them a try. Hopefully they will advise me.
