Remax Below average service

I bought the property on Winchester Hills and estate agents were Remax Mondeor. The service and responsibleness during the process were way below average. I couldn't get the replies to my day to day queries for updates and the way forward. On the day of possession I was welcomed by a trainee who handed over the keys NOT THE HOME. The home was having blocked sewerage, muddy swimming pool, risky electrical cables in the passages and tons of waste waiting for me to dump much more to mention. To cut it short I only got the keys from the estate agents but I supposed to get Aniqa neat, intact home to start living. I'm busy with plumbing, electrical, and dumping the waste since I took over the property. No responsible personnel from Remax contacted me since then hence NO AFTER SALE SERVICE. I don't recommend any estate agency to process the property matters especially the Remax especially Mondeor.....
