i would suggest that no one uses this company or this real estate agent to sell your house. we have had the worse service and experience ever with these people. They are only interested in their fat commissions that they make and furthermore they are not interested in getting back to you when you try contacting them Shavonne sold our house last year and since then we have had endless issues with the current owners - she arranged for someone from BRATZ electrical to do the electrical and apparently the certificate was not valid and now we have to pay for another one 6months later. also they make you believe that they are selling your house ''voetstoets'' but that is not the case. it has cost us more money after the house has been sold.

do not use them, they are very unprofessional and dishonest.
