remax bad business practice

we signed offer to purchase for a home being sold by remax through mr nellis one of the agents of remax ..we were under the impression that our offer to purchase was accepted just to see after that the house was already sold. how could this be as we were under the false pretense from mr nellis that this was already bagged.he and his daughter who works for betterbond palyed us they didnt then reply to the emails and never to call is that the way remax do business disappointment we started another search for property.we saw another home for sale via remax with agent heneleene.

the offer to purchase was signed and accepted and the bond was approved on that offer .we were told to make payment to the lawyers and then told that the property was sold to another... how..... as we already had a binding contract and guess what remax nellis again and this time the agent henelene what ganes do remax play is that the way they do business absolutely bad business practice i know nothing will come off this but for anyone reading this please be aware off how remax and there agents and the way they do business unfortunately we cannot lodge a complaint with remax as we cannot get hold of anyone in charge .hence our complaint on hellopeter.what do we do now
