Remax AWOL real estate agent

I put my property on the market in March 2019 with an agent that was desperate for our business. After a year of turning her down, we decided to contact her, eventually, to put our secondary property on the market. Everything was done by the book and we got a viewing within the first week and 2 other interested parties. Suddenly the interest stopped and we were contacted by the agent (Magda Sullwald) to put our property on as a show house. We were not interested to do that and were prepared to wait longer for a sale because of it. After 6 months, there was not a single bite and the agent was uncontactable. We then decided to rent the property and still we couldn't get a hold of the agent to remove the property from the market. I went on the Remax site and Property24 but the house wasn't listed anywhere. I eventually called Remax office in Claremont to see what was going on and where my AWOL agent was. I was promptly told she had left suddenly, and she took it on herself to withdraw my property from the market and when the mandate expired in September, not one agent from Remax took it upon themselves to contact me for a renewal. So basically no one at Remax looked after Magda's clients, which for all intensive purposes, are Remax's clients. Shocking to say the least. I have taken my business elsewhere. Unfortunately, Remax does not list their emails anywhere, so they won't even get notified of this review.
