REMAX and dishonest agents

NEVER have I thought Remax would so dishonest. Pieter Potgieter is an agent of a house we signed an offer for. Then told us another offer would be handed in with ours. Told us BOTH offers are EXACTLY the same and ours would more than likely be accepted. Then told us the other offer was accepted as they paid deposit. Then called us to tell us the offer fell through could we offer more. We said no. Then told us he was going to accept a higher offer on the house. We enforced clause 2.7 of the OTP that basically states our offer as the second one stands. THEN makes us sign a new OTP (Just to later realise this is to ***** us so that the contract shows we signed later than we actually did). Then after my bond application and everything has been set in motion calls me to tell me the previous buyer's bond has gone through never informing us that there was still a chance of the first offer going through. THEN I call Gavin Bouwer telling him the whole story. He then calls me back, after speaking to Pieter, telling me my facts are incorrect. Pieter told him there were 2 offers (mine and the other person) neither were accepted and a third offer of more money was then accepted. My facts would only be incorrect as Pieter Potgieter only tells half sided stories! I WILL NEVER EVER EVER in my ENTIRE life buy a property if the agents are from REMAX I wil also NEVER let them sell my property as they have proved that they cannot be honest and transparent. Pieter has wasted 3 WEEKS of my life, I could have gotten other properties but he kept me on a leash like a puppy believing we would be the new owners of our dream home which he ABSOLUTELY destroyed!
