RE/MAX All Star Alberton is unbelievable!

This company is bad. The agent who helped buy a home is a ****. We were renting when bought a house and the landlord wanted the house back, we made arrangements with that we have to move and he was communicating with the tenants who were renting the house we were buying. When we were suppose to move in, the calls us saying that we can’t move in, because his superiors warned him that the must be checked for any defects before we move in. So we made other arrangement with our land lord and set up a new date. When we were supposed move, the agent calls saying the tenant does not have the money to move out, asking us pay for them we will get a refund from RE/MAX All Star Alberton . So we did because we were also getting evicted because the owner wanted his house back and we had just overstayed. RE/MAX All Star Alberton has not refunded us, we are still trying to get our money back, all of these things happened three months ago. I called the manager (Jenny de Necker) , she said she will fix it, we are still waiting for her to fix it, three weeks later. The agent ( Terrence Sherri) has blocked our numbers. If you want to buy a house do not go to RE/MAX All Star Alberton or deal with the agent unless you’re prepared to go through lies. After we moved in, the house had defects, cupboards were broken, the kitchen tap was leaking, the machine water tap was leaking, the ceiling in the two bathrooms had painting flaking off. I had to fight the get a copy of OTP, luckily the lawyers sent us a copy.
