Remax agent's ********* and dishonesty

I would everyone to know how very unprofessional and ********* the agent's at Re/max propt in Strandfontein Calais square is. I place an offer for a property of which I was the first one to put in an offer and agreed with the agent FAIEZA HAMBURG that should the seller decline the amount I've put forth or someone else gives a higher offer let me know and I'll up mine. Little did i know she did not even approach the seller with my offer and apparently took on a higher offer the same day, however i was the 1st offer right before close of business that day. She then proceeded to advise me that this buyer has until the 30th of June 2019 to get a bond if which they were declined, she then messaged me on Monday the 08th July 2019 to advise this buyer not going to be approved am i willing to match the offer which i did resubmitted my docx and signed a new offer to purchase and only this around was advised thats its a late estate, she then advised that the other buyer was not honest about credit scoring and was struggling to pay some or other load. A few hours later she messages me again to advise that oh these people receive a bond. I then told her how when she had just advised me they were declined. And i told her that she in the first place is not following the correct process as she just dismissed my offer and did not even approach the seller with it as she told me upfront that the seller will accept nothing less than 480k yet the high offer she took was 455k which is only 20k more than my offer, why did she not do the right thing and stick to the agreement she did not give me a fair chance as i would not have taken it this far had the banks declined me but we didn't even get to that. I would really like this agency to be audited as i feel like they approving whom they feel they want to assist and not treating everyone fairly. As now all of a sudden this buyer received an extension until today the 10th. Really utterly disappointed and disgusted with the manner in which this was handled and to top it off this is the message i got. "fortunately for them the bond was approved and the house is now sold". So you sold this house in less than a day yet its a late estate.. Very dodge..
