Remax Agent

We were very unhappy with our Remax agent, from the beginning. He did not explain the contract we were signing, he was not informative about how the overall process works where we purchased. His favorite line was if the client does not divulge I cannot divulge. We had to ask all the questions always to the answer I will have to ask my client and then the client was going into a meeting or something so could not answer. If we asked him something he would often say he did not know. If he did not know why did he not find out. Or did he know and he did not want to tell us. At the end of the day we are now sitting with a nightmare of a purchase and financially ruined due to what I feel is an *********** agent that just wants his commission, but offers very little in return. The agent does not even communicate with us anymore, even though he must be fully aware of the present crisis situation. We have had to employ a lawyer and incur further financial costs. When are agents going to be held accountable for their shady actions?
