Remax Advance Queensburgh Durban

We rented our property out via a Remax Advance Queensburgh agent. We have had shocking service from her. Her follow up and feedback is null and void. We reported it to a manager and are still awaiting feedback. One of the issues is the rental amount paid to us is incorrect. The other is that she allowed the tenant to take occupation 5 days before she was legally due to move in without paying occupational rent. This tenant demanded the keys from the body corporate. We still waiting for clarification on any of these issues. We have had complaints about our tenant and requested the agent to inspect our unit, still waiting for that. Really thought we would have better service and feedback. Why do we have to beg for our money and service and inspection of our unit? Really frustrated.
