Remax.. A circus show

Terrible experience in burgersfort. Jene and Almi do not know how to deal as letting agents. Welcoming was at their office with a dog on Jene's lap giving me keys to show myself the way. I went to the complex and got a *** welcoming telling us we weren't arranged to be received. Curtain railing was not even up. No electricity. We even moved in on the 6th of August after meaning to be in on the first. The worst is, we tried to load electricity on the meter and there was arrears and I had to contact the owner of the complex to sort out. Which he was great. Do not use Remax for any real estate dealings. No customer service given. You might as well deal with a government department. Same level of service. Oh and the Geyser is still not working. Stay away from remax.
