REMAX
I would like to express my dissatisfaction with @remax Weltevredenpark. I am a Landlord and I signed a lease agreement with them to lease my property out and signed a managing agreement with them. Now tenants are refusing to pay for their utilities and the managing agent is expecting me to pay 50% of the cost. How is that possible that tenants can breach a contract and still be left to stay in my property?? This is breach of contract and tenants must leave my property within 7 days. Can @remax headoffice assist in this regard.

30 Jan 2020, 12:10Please note that this matter has been pending since December and the tenants are living in my property. No one from REMAX is taking this matter forward. This is totally unacceptable because I pay a managing fee and the managing agent is not doing her work. Is this how you treat black Landlord?? This is so unprofessional.
