Refund my deposit
Mr Bennie Smit together with his partner Gerhadt own a flat in Gezina called Picollo. They misrepresented costs attached to rental of the unit and I refused to go ahead and did not sign their lease agreement. I had unfortunately paid deposit in the morning of the same day. They are refusing to pay me back my deposit. They looked desperate to have me move in and tried to reduce the rent which I declined. Mr Bennie Smit and your partner Gerhardt please I want my money back
