<p>I app**** for my bond in September 2016. The agent natasha beukus said I should pay her R33 000 for transfer cost and when I queried her why should I pay so mush on a R410 000 bond she came down with price. I did not pay her. The attorneys Velile tinto cape ink I paid end of October 2016. They promised me that i must move in on the 1st of December 2016. it was so ironic that she ask me that same amount for cancelation fees. December I received a call from her to say the owner does not want to sell anymore I should not sign with bond attorneys. The month passed and January came I signed with Bond attorneys A V Dawson that promised me that i will move in on the 20th February 2017. Nothing happened. After numerous fights with them they promised me that i will move into my house they send me the wrong documents and I only picked it up after a week. It is June and I still did not move into my house. They keep on lying to me. They wasted my life!! I am angry and very dissapointed. This is my 9 th month I'm waiting for something that did not materialized yet. The last time the agent spoke to me was in December. </p>
