Re Max a terrible experience of money grabbing

Bunch of ****** that only look after the owners and totally neglect the people that are renting. We moved in in July 2018 and they made a bunch of promises to fix the issues we had with the property. After a few months nothing was fixed. Our bathroom ceilings had mold on it and the we had a sewerage pipe in the garden that was leaking feces/toilet paper all over the garden. After a lot of complaining we got the excuse that they cant get hold of the owner. The only time we heard from Re max is when they wanted to increase the rent. They didn't care that the promises weren't fulfilled all they wanted was their increase. So in December 2019 we left the premises. They then want to charge me for the same ceilings we were complaining about. They also added on R1000 per room for dirty walls and nails. They also wanted to charge for a dirty oven which was cleaned before we left. After a lot of fighting we eventually got them to drop the oven and ceiling but they are still taking R7260 rand off of my deposit roughly 50% of a months rental. I would advise everyone to stay clear of Re Max in Krugersdorp.
