Rainbow Villas complaint

I bought an apartment from Remax town and country monument branch. When I moved in the apartment I realized that the toilet is liking and the window frames have alot of rust and the paint is peeling. Before I moved in I informed the sales consultant about the stove in the apartment which is filthy and the oven and cookerhood don't work the door of that oven doesn't even close. I have laid a complaint and it's been over a month now nobody is calling me even the sales consultant himself is just quiet now. Remax is a total disappointment I would highly advise not to use them. They have beautiful offices but zero service
