POOR SERVICE/OUR LIVES IS IN DANGER

I've moved in to a flat that was advertised as a house, when i came to view , there was a prepaid meter in the flat, and the flat was beyond repair, the Agent Salome Reese promised to fix that when we moved in on December4th, Nothing happened, she started talking to me like those white people from the apartheid years, i still have our conversations, toilets was leaking and the flat was and is still smelling , one window was covered with a sponge, the curtain rails are broken ,the closed have a huge whole in it , and the electric fence is not working, there were numerous times where people attempt to break in, I am staying with my 2 daughters who is still in high school.Despite the fact that Salome Reese new that we are woman that is staying here she demands for us to pay for january after taking out R16550.00 , she was rude and i will not reccomend any people of couler to rent from her, I did contact one of the political parties and they came , so we are waiting for her to come and evict me and my daughters, Other wise the Political parties will march to their offices in Constantia Pretoria, on top of that she blacklisted my partners name , she does not care about people and our safety. There were times that i had to call her in the morning hours to tell her that there are people trying to brake in and she did absolutely nothing, People of colour please reconsider to make use of Salome`s service, I would recommend More SA instead. Her service is so poor i cant rate her. with her attitude and all
