Poor service & unprofessional approach from Remax Kowie, Port Alfred.

The claims on their website that that they deliver "a quality service and outstanding results by creating an exceptional customer experience" and that they are "an example of service excellence in their industry" are a complete and utter joke. Well certainly in the case of the owner and team of the Remax Kowie franchise in my direct experience. We appointed them to market our house in Port Alfred, EC, but they could only come up with 4 viewings in 4 months and we ended up having to sell at 50% lower than their wildly optimistic initial valuation. They used an inexperienced intern with little if any senior management supervision, who allowed the buyers to move in "on the quiet" before the contractual process was fully complete, without even consulting us or the attorney. Then when I complain and file a report with their QA dept I just get a whole pack of breathtaking lies back from the principal of the branch making out they did everything correctly and that we're unreasonable clients with a grudge! When I offered to have a telephone call to explain our disatisfaction in more detail they say they they do not intend to communicate any further! So arrogant. Basically they don't care about you or providing good customer service. They just want your money (a lot of it) for doing not very much.
