When we moved in to the property in Little Falls, we had good service from Fran so big ups to her! Funny when you move in to a property your deposit and rent are expected to be paid on time right!? But when you move out you have to contend with worry about whether or not you deposit is going to be paid on time, or how much of your deposit you're actually getting back.

I must say the service we've received after moving out is shocking, I've never in all the years of renting property written nails on a wall on a snag list, which we initially found when moving in, now we're having to pay for the full painting on the walls and a significant amount taken from our deposit. So the owner has basically scored a new paint job for something we found on the property.

The service post moving out, rude! And the payment still not made. Not impressed with the post service from re/max Little Falls and how the exit inspection was conducted!
