poor service

I had a terrible service this weekend at Remax Harrismith by one of their agent Georgie Russell . I called Georgie at 19:31 yesterday ,I know it was late but i was desperate as I locked my car keys inside the car and my house keys and my cell phone was inside as well. I borrowed a cell phone to call her as i knew that Remax had the spare keys to my house so that i can go fetch the spare keys for my car. I didn't know where i was going to sleep when i asked Georgie for help the first thing she asked was "did you pay your rent as if i have ever missed a payment ,how can someone be so cold and then told me that i must see where I will sleep i will talk to her in morning. I was with my daughter so i had to make a plan to see how i get inside the house .i was assisted by my neighbours . i got a DIY guy to come and open the door which cost me R750 to force open the door and replace the locks. i went to Remax in the morning and she was still rude to me she told me that it was by choice i paid R750 .This lady is so rude i would never recommend her to anyone.
