Poor service by agent

Received very bad service from their agent (Ashley Storm), we only met twice and both times he would show up an hour late, he gave me incomplete keys, and when I enquired I did not get a response from him, I tried to escalate the matter but that was also futile. lastly, he falsely advertised the wrong levies rates, I only discovered after signing the offer to purchase, that the levies and rates were actually higher.
