Poor Service

I have a house in Phalaborwa, I gave it to Christelle (Remax Agent) to manage.

November last year she received the deposit as well as her commission from the tenants and kept the house the whole of December without paying because they were serving notice somewhere else. This agreement was made without my knowledge.

We never receive rent on time. They pay it whenever they want to which is not what we agreed on on the contract.

Each time I request a meeting with Christelle she is 90% of the time attending to personal things and unavailable to assist. The last time I called her, she cancelled my call, sent a message to my wife and she **** saying that she is at the airport seeing her husband off. Meanwhile she had called my wife a few minutes before that at the office with her mother in law (Manager) yelling "she cant do that". This was due to the fact that we cancelled the contract because Remax failed to pay us on time for months and Christelle refused to carry out the instructions of a contract which was provided by " Remax Legal"

This month a random amount came into my account without an explaination. It is not the rental amount that was agreed on.

Our complaints are not being heard because the Managers' decision making is always biased. Christelle does as she pleases because she knows she is protected.

Is this what the Remax brand is about? I am truly disgusted because when I gave our home to Remax , I thought we are giving it to a reputable company. This is pathetic!
