Poor service

As I am in the process of buying a house through Remax we have been **** to and disrespected by Their agent 'Rochelle Terhoeven' she speak to me like I am achild and is very disrespectful and abrupt. She does not return messages or emails. She only reaches out when she needs something from you yet she does not answer on your questions or quieries. Since July we have been recieving this service from here. It got a bit better when I confronted her about the tone she uses with me yet we are back to square one and all of a sudden her manager is also not availible whole day every day. Very very bad service will not even be recommending this real estate company to anyone.
