Poor Service

I have recently sold my property through Remax2000 in Florida North. Never have I experienced such poor service from an Estate Agent, namely, Frans van der Merwe. It took him long to sell with no enthusiasm and never kept me in the loop on any progress. Once his colleague, Berdene, stepped in, the property was sold immediately. She kept in contact with me throughout the whole procedure. To-date, I have not head from Frans whom I had signed the mandate with. He has not even congratulated me on the sale of my property and there is no "sold" sign either. He did however, gladly accept the commission for which he did not do any work for. I would not recommend them to anyone.
