Poor management it’s DISAPPOINTING

I don’t know how Remax manages their other complexes but I’m from the West Rand. You need to complain about the same thing at least three times for them to get back to you. No AGM for owners the complex is poor maintained I don’t even want to mention the garden. They don’t want to install fibre in the complex even though installation is free and there is no straight answer as to why. You ask for feedback however no one gets back to you. Contribution towards a ‘reserve fund’ is made on a monthly basis included in our levies, so our levies are almost the amount but zero maintenance. I am so unhappy and disappointed, I do not enjoy living here at all I regret buying property here.
