Poor customer services

<p>I am so disappointed and really ashamed of people like John De Melo of Remax All stars.</p> <p>So unfortunately that for his type of work "his attitude towards other people,race" is very stinky.</p> <p> </p> <p>Two appointments we made with him for the property we wnated to buy, he was late and very rude on the phone when contacting him. </p> <p> </p> <p>I can swear it is because we are "Black" and young coupe who wanted to buy a house in Winchester Hill for over Million rand. He was not interest in selling, we were patient and managed to signed the offer, but he never delivered his part. We signed on Monday , but till taday we still waiting for the signed OTP.</p> <p> </p> <p>We emailed him, he never responded till we called him, even so he was very rude on the phone "said he's got important meeting/appointment, and he will can not work under pressure. He wnt be pressurerised by us"</p> <p> </p> <p>He even went as far as telling us we can cancell the deal. "Anyway we had also sent him an email regarding the banks withdrawing the apllication since we waited for the singed OTP.</p> <p> </p> <p>aLL IN aLL... HE IS NOT THE SUITABLE PERSON FOR SUCH A JOB!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I feel sorry for the company's reputaion "REMAX"</p>
