Poor and Misleading Service from Remax

I purchased a property through a Remax agent in December 2020 and he misled me to keep the existing tenant and agreed that they will pay rent and is a good tenant. Boom on transfer, the tenant never paid rent and on asking the agent they say deal with it yourself and they have nothing to do with it. They were supposed to at least make sure I get the first rental payment as per their recommendation. The agent did not even do a proper handover of the place and keys and all. Now I'm sitting with a problem where the tenant is *****ing the rentals from me and claims I owe her a deposit I don't even know about. She claims she owns the property and threw pepperspray at me and now I cant even get access to a property I am paying for. I contacted the Remax Manager in Panorama and the agent to give me proof that I don't owe any deposit on the 15th May up-to now nothing has been done and they keep giving me a run around. I have been thrown in the deep end by REMAX and regret ever purchasing a property with them, they mislead you and dump you as soon as they get the commission. Now I am stuck with a bond I don't get any rentals on because your agent misled me. REMAX fix your mess
