Pls pay money back

I app**** for a loan because my husband lost his job because he is to sick to work, was diagnosed with TB. the consultant never asked me about sequestration, I had no choice to go under sequestration because we lost my husbands income. I already app**** for a loan because I have money problems and now they have taken<br> R 550 for their fee just to phone me today and tell me I don't qualify. so now I have lost another R 550 which I didn't have to start with. I am very sad and don't know what to do. please help me if possible. I did ask them not to take this fee if I don't qualify for the loan and the conversations were recorded.
