PLEASE READ before renting from RE/MAX

We are currently renting from RE/MAX through agents Adel and Andre Swanepoel. They make changes as they see fit without informing the tenants. Paying for water is not included in our contract. They have added a prepaid meter on the water pump which should have units on it, otherwise the power to all the houses are off. In this way they are forcing us to pay even more just so we can have electricity which we also pay via a prepaid meter. They do not respond to emails, they rarely respond to messages or answer calls. The only response we got is that they will talk to the owner. The owner, Sakkie, also does not seem to care what happens on his own property. So the owner is also at fault, but please do not rent from RE/MAX as they are only in it for the money and do not care about the welbeing of tenants or their appliances.
