Please help

I have purchased my first property through Remax. The worst mistake I have made in my entire life. All I have bought is constant headaches. Now I am stuck in a situation where I have bought myself 20 years of something I was conned into. Making matters so much worse, the agent, whom explicitly told me that she knows how to do her job, doesn't even comply with the articles written by Adrian Goslett, their CEO, whom also ignores any form of outreach. I have contacted Remax South Africa via FB messenger numerous times, I was told to send an email, which I did, then again after weeks, contacted them via FB messenger, to be told I must call customer care??? Can someone please help or guide me in the right direction to get my problem at least attended to with maybe a possibility of getting it resolved??? Where I can deal with ANYONE other than Nita Bezuidenhout? She has received her commission and washed her hands off the mess she sold me? Not complying to ANYTHING Remax advertises??? PLEASE HELP!!!!
