PE remax refuses to refund deposit

Guys I am struggling to get my rental deposit from Remax Port Elizabeth, the woman named Derby give me a back and forth when i request the deposit she always says she is busy with it its been more than a month now. I rented a flat in 31 Tokai Appartments. I thought of buying a house using them but the lack of professionalism by this agent is appauling. I really dont have time to go to small claims court for something so stupid
