Pathetic service Remax Properties. Signed an OTP in which the owner was happy with . Knew from point of OTP that the agent was unhappy as I personally managed to bring the owner down by 60k (obviously less commission for him) .

Agent mentioned he'd provide me feedback in the next week, 2 weeks later no response. I contacted him and he says unfortunately someone else put in an offer 30k more . I price matched as I really like the house, he assured me my offer would then have first preference .

Weeks of chasing him up for feedback . Today he posts on his whatsapp status that the house is sold. I commented on it with a question mark. His response is 'bad news that bond got approved, the first offer' .

Disgrace!
