Pathetic service from agent

We have been renting through Remax Helderberg now for close to 3 years and it has been nothing but pathetic. Above everything we have been asking for more than 8 weeks now for someone to come and fix the dishwasher and we have been without an oven for 3 weeks now. Their response is that they will send someone as soon as they can since apparently they only have 1 handyman. Pathetic!!!!!
