Out standing money

<p>When we relocated to Port Elizabeth about a year ago, we rented a town house through Remax independant properties in lorraine, PE. The day we moved into the townhouse they tokd us that they should do a move in in spection with us. We waited 6 months for that move in inspection. After identifying all the deviations they took another month to come and repair some of the deviations. When decided not to renew the lease cpntract due to moving elsewhere, we gave them 2 months notice. When we moved out of the house they said that they will pay us back a prorata amount due to move out on the 14th of October. They said this amount together with the key deposit will be paid back to us 7 days after moving out of the house. I am still waiting for the money and evertime they tell me there is something wrong with their internet. It is already 15 days and i havent received my money back.</p>
