Non-payment of electricity

We have just rented our property in Minnebron, Brakpan and are severely dissapointed, to say the least, in the service and communication from Remax Brakpan. I so wish we had leased our property privately or with a reputable company such as Jawitz, Just Letting or Harcourts. We are still waiting for our electricity bill to be paid, of which, we, naively paid for out tennants, "We are communicating with your tennants" is not acceptable. Remax has a standard lease agreement that has certain terms must be met, this however can only be accomplished through work that has to be done from the letting agency. Severely Dissapointed and about to take legal action. Yours Lee
