No more dealings with Remax real estate agent in Potchefstroom

I really was under the impression that Remax was one of the best real estate agents, until I had dealings with their agent Kobus Minny. Having just moved here from Cape Town to take up a position at the university, it was rather a disappointing experience with the first agent I had dealings with. I was supposed to have moved into my place on the 1st of February after being promised that the place would be ready by then. Just to discover last Thursday that the place still does not have water and electricity and I would not be able to move in. I then demanded that he give all my money back, which he refuses to do because he claims that I'm comitting breach of contract and that he's going to consult with his lawyer. I found a new place which I can move in tomorrow because all my furniture and goods arrive from Cape Town this week. Now I can't move in because he refuses to give my money back. To get him to continue paying the guesthouse I'm currently living in because of their negligence has been a nightmare. The owner of the guesthouse expects her money, which I never catered for. To add insult to injury he thinks that he has been accommodating. Seriously!
