New Building left untidy by the first tenants

I am the owner of unit 56 Villa Bugula in Brackenham. I bought the building through Re/Max in Richards Bay (new building). Remax has been managing the rentals for me until I felt unsatisfied with the service. On the departure of the first tenant we went to the building for the inspection and it was clear to everyone that the condition of the building was not good, it needed painting as the walls were very dirty. I was promised by Lena that Re/Max was taking care of the repairs (communicating with the tenant). Re/Max continued with the second tenant again.<br> <br> By verge of trusting Re/Max I was so relaxed believing that Re/Max is a big known company which I thought will manage the situation. I allowed new tenants to rent in since the old ones had vacated.<br> <br> I waited for Re/Max with my second and third new tenants complaining about the walls. Until this year I decided to communicate with Re/Max again asking about the progress, unfortunately there is no positive answer from Re/max<br> <br> Peter please help me before I forward all this to my Legal Advisor.<br> <br> regards
