Never use Remax,unprofessional and bad service

April 2015 I signed a sole mandate with Remax.My property went on a Sunday show house once and otherwise I had several strangers come though my house evening after evening along with many no-shows which the agent insisted they would be coming so I did a lot of waiting around.Eventually we had a buyer and it went for about 6 weeks of not hearing from the agents and only getting communication when I contacted them.I had asked that the new owner take early occupation with interest if he wanted.I then started to be contacted directly from the buyer and on the verge of harassment when he wanted to start making changes to the property before transfer has gone through and I did not allow this.When he wanted to move in and take early occupation my agent and his agent and the attorneys told me not to let him move in early and only after transfer may he move in.Since then I have received numerous threatening emails from the buyer which the agents were copied in and have had no response from the agents.In terms of electrical Remax organized their company and went onto my property without my knowledge.I was also then invoiced for work that was not done.I will never recommend Remax to anyone!
