My mom sold her house in Welkom through Remax last year April 2021 and was bought cash by the buyer Till this day the process is not finalized My mom is a pensioner and she was advised accidentally that the money was invested for their gain with out the buyer and my mom permission No one is informing her about anything The buyer moved in the house after agreed paying rent she stopped paying rent after 3 months and she staying at the house for free My mother is in the Eastern Cape struggling financially she even asked for advance and they refused If we call the office the lady by the name of Tanya avoid our calls They take messages and never get back to us It's been almost a year now they took the buyers money and no transfers done We are so dissapointed at service we are receiving at Remax Welkom Thabong They are just taking advantage of the fact the house was bought cash and they dealing with old black people
