Moving in inspection. Moving out inspection and 6th month inspection

I recently received my lease agreement to sign after the credit check and there are fees I don’t understand and that your estate agent can’t explain. I don’t mind paying the credit check fee and application fee, but I don’t understand the moving in inspection fee. Why should I pay the agent to come and inspect the place. Me paying means you’re offering a service to me so how does it benefit me that you inspecting a place I’m renting from you. Because it is to your benefit that you inspect the place so that when I move out then you can check your checklist and claim damages if anything is damaged. So why should I pay for something that benefits the landlord. And there’s a 6th month inspection as well meaning every 6 months I must pay you 450 to come inspect your own place. Please don’t rip us off I would understand if it was 100 bucks or 150 bucks but 450 is a lot and I’m basically paying for nothing. I don’t mind paying but I want to spend money on things that makes sense to me and are a benefit to me so please if someone can explain how it benefits me or it is a service to me then I’ll pay it
