Misleading advert by estate agent

A property was advised with parking, granite kitchen tops and an alarm system. Based on this and the affordability of the property I purchased it. Am a single female. My expectations were not met. When I moved in three months later upon registration of the property, I discovered that the alarm system was removed, the kitchen tops are wooden and NO parking. When I raised my concerns with the estate agent he was unhelpful and said the advert was based on what the owner told him. I would have never have purchased the property without parking. I’m now forced to rent parking from a nearby property. This has placed an added financial burden on me apart from the inconvenience of the car not being on the property. . Thanks
