****med Rental Deposit

I wish there was an option to NOT give any stars..... Terrible **** of a company. Rented a 2 bedroom apartment via Remax and 1 tile on the floor had a crack which they were made aware of. My apartment had leaking tabs which they were made aware of but ignored leading to me paying ridiculous water bills. When I moved out the tile was worse then what it was because obviously we are walking around the house.... They hold on to 2k to fix that 1 tile. On top of everything the charged me penalties got late payments because they did not close the account on their side when I served my notice. I only recieved less than 2k of my deposit... The human being called MELISSA LANG was the one who took my money.... Im so ****ed!! Left that house in a great condition just to be *****ed over by this ****mer of a company!!!!
