Inhumane encounter

I got a place to rent at Jackal Creek Estate using a Re/max agent Louis Wardle. I signed the lease and paid my deposit,rent, administration fee including registration of fingerprints. I collected the key and served noticed at my previous place. On Thursday the agent came to my work place to tell me the landlord is selling the house and should I occupy the premises she will send police to kick me out. I gave him the key and requested my money. Up until now I haven’t received It and I have no place to place and no money. I was suppose to move in tomorrow. I’m not sure if this is how you conduct business
