Inferior service = *********** agent

I contacted the agent, Nadia Nieman last week Wednesday to enquire about the new development, Tweespruit, to arrange a viewing of one of the completed houses, in particular the two bedroomed duplex, with en suite bathrooms, as a second investment/ income property, since Stellenboch has shown excellent growth such far. At first she was all friendly and said she'll ask her principal to secure a viewing and that we can go the Friday. It was settled and on Friday morning, she asked if we could postpone for this week due to her having viewing the entire day at her own house, in search of an urgent tenant and she'll e-mail the information pertaining to the complex, to which I agreed, due to my car that needed repair. I rep**** on her e-mail I've received, stating again, to let me know when we can do the viewing, to which she responded we'll talk Monday this week. It's Wednesday today already, no contact from her, which I find very surprising simply because, any prospective buyer should be engaged, charmed even, in order to ensure you, as an agent, make a sale, right? From experience, I know, she has no intention to get back to me, why, you may ask...Simply because, it seems, her personal bias and prejudice, seem to overrule her professional judgement, because I don't fall into the demographic she perhaps "thinks" should be allowed or can afford to live in this complex! I find it sad but not surprising that such "species of thinkers/ believers"still are granted to roam this world, costing their employer a huge chunk of what might have been another successful buy. The fact that I feel compelled to voice my dissatisfaction on this platform alone, speaks volumes about the sheer lack of very basic professionalism, which surely makes me wonder if any employer who is faced with this type of criticism , would be willing to openly condone this type of conduct, in the current landscape we find ourselves in. I most certainly would not feel open or willing to interact with this type of agents or service providers who is of the opinion that , based on my skin color, I do not "deserve" to receive a certain level of service or integrity reserved for only a few similar outdated, similar thinkers, at the expense of the majority of us who still believes in a more inclusive society. Substandard service can never be justified nor excused, neither making empty promises at your employer's time and expense, you reserve those mediocre believes for the privacy of your own home, after working hours. Surely, she might miraculously attempt to contact me after this complaint, to which my logic advise would be to revisit the meaning of being genuine, professional and reliable, it might land you a sale or two more, despite coming from people of color.
