Incompetence!!!!!!!! DISGUSTING!!!!

Worst experience ever!!!! If you’re thinking of purchasing a property through Remax, DON’T DO IT!!!!!!!! I have had the worst experience with them. I bought a house more than a year ago only to find out that they sold me a house that didn’t even have an approved plan!!!! Now we are going back and forth with them and the process has taken an entire year and is still ongoing. I’m utterly disgusted in the level of incompetence that I have had to endure with this agency. Please don’t put yourself through that. I would’ve long cancelled the entire thing if I hadn’t already paid transfer fees. There are zero follow ups and updates from them all you get are automated messages that they’ve been sending from the last 10 months with the exact dame info. Also zero accountability, for every question that you ask you get sent from this person to that person.
