incompetence and bad attitude

I rent a house @ no.3 Le Chaland, Pringle str, dagbreek. almost everything in the house was broken. as usuall our agent Charlene Radloff promised all repairs will be done by the owner soon. its been over a year now and we were passed to another agent Ruan Pietrse who's rudeness is beyond words. he texted me that he is not responsible for the privious agents **** en he is busy. i sent an email to the manager Bernadette Reyneke last week thursday with a screenshot of ruan's text and pictures of things to be repaired labeling the shower and windows as the main priorities in this cold and She has not rep**** yet.
