God bless Remax. I am trying my hardest to find something nice to say about my company but WOW...God bless them. What do these reviews about REMAX have in common? The 2 clearly caucasian people are the only ones who have experienced quality services. This may be a coincidence. 've heard a lot of racial stories about REMAX and I have seen things being said online, I never knew that as a first time homeowner, I would experience such cruelty in customer services and lack of courtesy and organisation when dealing with humans. - A Real Estate Company that will hang up on you when you are without hot water and a problematic geyser for a month but will know where to find you when it's time to make threats. - You will find out a year after moving who your portfolio manager is and what to do to get assistance.- An agency that has numbers assigned to people but when you call those people you don't find them.- An agency with people who have conversations with you about connecting with you to induct you into their ways of working but never do so you're the one chasing and calling to know avail.- An agency that renders homeowners to less than tenants who live in place and don't know anything. Complaints and attempts at a relationship and communication fall on deaf ears.- You will find out the day your electricity got cut off that the caretaker of the place is actually dang near your neighbour. But how would you have known and who would've told you? NOBODY. You find out things as a homeowner as you go.- The problem is even if you opt for putting in tenants, you will be known as the worst landlord because, when issues arise, REMAX will be chased and hustled to help until the tenants decide to give up and leave. REMAX IS EVIL. Please get a lawyer for advisory to mediate or talk on your behalf. These people don't communicate or speak relationship. They don't speak to you until its time to threaten you.
