If you see the name Remax on a property - STAY AWAY!!

I have been dealing with Portia Hlubi and Lecinda Cloete from Remax Town and Country. I have never dealt with anyone more unprofessional in my life. While living at the property I rented, Portia made 3 different appointments to come and show potential renters the property, not once did she pitch for the appointment. After we moved out, it is now a full month later, and I am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded. She sent me a quotation claiming for "damages" which were already there before we moved in, and they are even claiming for painting the entire unit, all ceilings, all doors, everything. They are trying to make me pay for a complete renovation of the unit. Every email that you send to them is ignored, you have to follow up at least twice before getting any response. *********** service to say the least.
