House viewing RE/MAX Destiny

Hi I have been in contact with Benny Nyawose who is an Agent for REMAX Destiny regarding a house in the market at Orchards that I was interested in. Our first appoint for viewing a house was on Tuesday 5-12-2017 and I took half day from work. He contact on the day to cancel because it was raining and I didn’t ask any questions but instead set a new appointment for today Saturday 9-12-2017 at 10am, I called him this morning to ask him if his still going to be available and he positively responded, I then informed him I was running late can we make it 10:30am and he said 12pm will also be okay with him. I got to the our meeting location wonderpark mall at 11:50am and called him twice without any answer, also texted him at 11:53am on WhatsApp to tell him I am at wonderpark mall and didn’t get any reply. I waited for few minutes and called him at 12:03 he hang up 2 of my calls and responded with an sms saying, “Sorry, I can't talk right now.” I responded with an sms which is still unread but delivered saying, “Am at wonder-park mall for the house viewing at Orchards.” I than tried calling him again and got the same sms saying, “Sorry, I can't talk right now”. I went back to WhatsApp only to realize his online but not reading my text messages. I didn’t appreciate the manner in which he handled this whole matter, I don’t believe clients should be mistreated or uninformed if arrangements change. I am very disappointed and emotional about this bad treatment if this is the kind of service RE/MAX gives and is not professional at all. It has now been an hour and I still haven’t heard anything from Benny Nyawose.
